Using ${e}^{+}{e}^{\ensuremath{-}}$ annihilation data collected by the CLEO II detector at CESR, we have observed the decay ${D}_{s}^{+}\ensuremath{\rightarrow}\ensuremath{\omega}{\ensuremath{\pi}}^{+}$. This final state may be produced through the annihilation decay of the ${D}_{s}^{+}$, or through final state interactions. We find a branching ratio of $\ensuremath{\gamma}({D}_{s}^{+}\ensuremath{\rightarrow}\ensuremath{\omega}{\ensuremath{\pi}}^{+})/\ensuremath{\gamma}({D}_{s}^{+}\ensuremath{\rightarrow}\ensuremath{\eta}{\ensuremath{\pi}}^{+})\phantom{\rule{0ex}{0ex}}=\phantom{\rule{0ex}{0ex}}0.16\ifmmode\pm\else\textpm\fi{}0.04\ifmmode\pm\else\textpm\fi{}0.03$, where the first error is statistical and …
