Fast Electrically Switchable Large Gap Quantum Spin Hall States in MGe<sub>2</sub>Z<sub>4</sub>
Spin-polarized conducting edge currents counterpropagate in quantum spin Hall (QSH) insulators and are protected against disorder-driven localizations by the time-reversal symmetry.
