Using a data sample of $(1.0087\ifmmode\pm\else\textpm\fi{}0.0044)\ifmmode\times\else\texttimes\fi{}{10}^{10}\text{ }\text{ }J/\ensuremath{\psi}$ decay events collected with the BESIII detector at the center-of-mass energy of $\sqrt{s}=3.097\text{ }\text{ }\mathrm{GeV}$, we present a search for the hyperon semileptonic decay ${\mathrm{\ensuremath{\Xi}}}^{0}\ensuremath{\rightarrow}{\mathrm{\ensuremath{\Sigma}}}^{\ensuremath{-}}{e}^{+}{\ensuremath{\nu}}_{e}$ which violates the $\mathrm{\ensuremath{\Delta}}S=\mathrm{\ensuremath{\Delta}}Q$ rule.
