We report the first direct measurement of the inclusive branching fraction $\mathcal{B}({B}_{s}\ensuremath{\rightarrow}{D}_{s}X)$ via ${B}_{s}$ tagging in ${e}^{+}{e}^{\ensuremath{-}}\ensuremath{\rightarrow}\mathrm{\ensuremath{\Upsilon}}(5\mathrm{S})$ events. Tagging is accomplished through a partial reconstruction of semileptonic decays ${B}_{s}\ensuremath{\rightarrow}{D}_{s}X\ensuremath{\ell}\ensuremath{\nu}$, where $X$ denotes unreconstructed additional hadrons or photons and $\ensuremath{\ell}$ is an electron or muon.
