Highly Accurate, Reliable and Non-Contaminating Two-Dimensional Material Transfer System
We demonstrate a novel; highly reliable and non-contaminating method of transferring 2D materials. A metal micro-stamper needle stamps a viscoelastic polymer (PDMS) with the 2D material flakes exfoliated from its bulk crystal enabling transfer of multiple flakes to build heterostructures, sequential and non-sequentially positioned targets on flat or structured profiles.
