TIME DELAY FOR DISPERSIVE SYSTEMS IN QUANTUM SCATTERING THEORY
We consider time delay and symmetrised time delay (defined in terms of sojourn times) for quantum scattering pairs $\{H_0=h(P),H\}$, where $h(P)$ a dispersive operator of hypoelliptic-type.
