SYMPLECTIC DEFORMATIONS, NONCOMMUTATIVE SCALAR FIELDS AND FRACTIONAL QUANTUM HALL EFFECT
We clearly show that the symplectic structures deformations lead, upon quantization, to quantum theories of noncommutative fields. Two variants of deformations are considered.
