We report the results of a muon spin relaxation study of slow magnetic fluctuations in the pseudogap phase of underdoped single-crystalline ${\mathrm{YBa}}_{2}{\mathrm{Cu}}_{3}{\mathrm{O}}_{y}, y=6.77$ and 6.83. The dependence of the dynamic muon spin relaxation rate on applied magnetic field yields the rms magnitude ${B}_{\mathrm{loc}}^{\mathrm{rms}}$ and correlation time ${\ensuremath{\tau}}_{c}$ of fluctuating local …
