Near-field infrared microscopy of nanometer-sized nickel clusters inside single-walled carbon nanotubes
We used scattering-type scanning near-field optical microscopy (s-SNOM) to characterize nickel nanoclusters grown inside single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWCNT).
