The low-carrier ordered phase below the metal-non-metal transition temperature ${T}_{\text{MI}}\ensuremath{\simeq}63\text{ }\text{K}$ of ${\text{PrRu}}_{4}{\text{P}}_{12}$ is explored by probing magnetoresistance, magnetic susceptibility, thermoelectric power, and Hall effect on high-quality single crystals.
