Abstract In this paper, we present a class of weight functions w on the circle <m:math xmlns:m="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML"> <m:mi>𝕋</m:mi> </m:math> {\mathbb{T}} , called Lévy–Khinchin–Schoenberg (LKS) weights, for which we are able to completely characterize (in terms of a capacitary inequality) all Fourier multipliers for the weighted space <m:math xmlns:m="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML"> <m:mrow> <m:msup> …
