Casimir forces and quantum friction of finite-size atoms in relativistic trajectories
We revisit the atom-plate quantum friction and Casimir force with a full-relativistic formalism for atoms modeled as Unruh-DeWitt detectors with arbitrary relativistic trajectories in arbitrary quantum states (including coherent superpositions) close to a plate with any possible boundary condition.
