Trivial topological phase of CaAgP and the topological nodal-line transition in <mml:math xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML"><mml:mrow><mml:mi>CaAg</mml:mi><mml:mo>(</mml:mo><mml:msub><mml:mi mathvariant="normal">P</mml:mi><mml:mrow><mml:mn>1</mml:mn><mml:mtext>โ</mml:mtext><mml:mi>x</mml:mi></mml:mrow></mml:msub><mml:mi mathvariant="normal">A</mml:mi><mml:msub><mml:mi mathvariant="normal">s</mml:mi><mml:mi>x</mml:mi></mml:msub><mml:mo>)</mml:mo></mml:mrow></mml:math>
By performing angle-resolved photoemission spectroscopy and first-principles calculations, we address the topological phase of CaAgP and investigate the topological phase transition in $\mathrm{CaAg}({\mathrm{P}}_{1\text{\ensuremath{-}}x}\mathrm{A}{\mathrm{s}}_{x})$. We reveal that in CaAgP, the bulk band gap and surface states with a large bandwidth are topologically trivial, in agreement with hybrid density functional theory calculations. โฆ
