The magnetic properties of a pressure induced noncentrosymmetric heavy-fermion superconductor ${\mathrm{CeIrGe}}_{3}$ have been investigated by muon spin relaxation ($\ensuremath{\mu}\mathrm{SR}$), powder neutron diffraction (ND), and inelastic neutron scattering (INS) techniques at ambient pressure.
