We have performed $^{63}\mathrm{Cu}$ nuclear-magnetic-resonance/nuclear-quadrupole-resonance measurements to investigate the magnetic and superconducting (SC) properties on a ``superconductivity dominant'' ($S$-type) single crystal of ${\mathrm{CeCu}}_{2}{\mathrm{Si}}_{2}$.
