Evidence for Isospin Violation and Measurement of <mml:math xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" display="inline"><mml:mi>C</mml:mi><mml:mi>P</mml:mi></mml:math> Asymmetries in <mml:math xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" display="inline"><mml:mi>B</mml:mi><mml:mo stretchy="false">→</mml:mo><mml:msup><mml:mi>K</mml:mi><mml:mo>*</mml:mo></mml:msup><mml:mo stretchy="false">(</mml:mo><mml:mn>892</mml:mn><mml:mo stretchy="false">)</mml:mo><mml:mi>γ</mml:mi></mml:math>
We report the first evidence for isospin violation in $B\ensuremath{\rightarrow}{K}^{*}\ensuremath{\gamma}$ and the first measurement of the difference of $CP$ asymmetries between ${B}^{+}\ensuremath{\rightarrow}{K}^{*+}\ensuremath{\gamma}$ and ${B}^{0}\ensuremath{\rightarrow}{K}^{*0}\ensuremath{\gamma}$. This analysis is based on the data sample containing $772\ifmmode\times\else\texttimes\fi{}{10}^{6}B\overline{B}$ pairs that was collected with the Belle detector at the KEKB energy-asymmetric ${e}^{+}{e}^{\ensuremath{-}}$ collider.
