Knowledge of the ${B}_{s}$ decay fraction of the $\ensuremath{\Upsilon}(5S)$ resonance, ${f}_{S}$, is important for ${B}_{s}$ meson studies at the $\ensuremath{\Upsilon}(5S)$ energy.
