We propose a one-loop radiative Majorana-type neutrino-mass matrix without any kind of additional symmetries by introducing two leptoquark-like bosons only. In this scenario, we show that the anomaly appearing in the process $b\ensuremath{\rightarrow}s\ensuremath{\ell}\overline{\ensuremath{\ell}}$ can be explained without any conflicts against various constraints such as lepton-flavor violations, flavor-changing neutral currents, oblique …
