Depolarization Dynamics in a Strongly Interacting Solid-State Spin Ensemble
We study the depolarization dynamics of a dense ensemble of dipolar interacting spins, associated with nitrogen-vacancy centers in diamond. We observe anomalously fast, density-dependent, and nonexponential spin relaxation.
