Slow Noncollinear Coulomb Scattering in the Vicinity of the Dirac Point in Graphene

The Coulomb scattering dynamics in graphene in energetic proximity to the Dirac point is investigated by polarization resolved pump-probe spectroscopy and microscopic theory.
