We report a measurement of the ratio of branching fractions of the decays ${B}^{\ifmmode\pm\else\textpm\fi{}}\ensuremath{\rightarrow}J/\ensuremath{\psi}{\ensuremath{\pi}}^{\ifmmode\pm\else\textpm\fi{}}$ and ${B}^{\ifmmode\pm\else\textpm\fi{}}\ensuremath{\rightarrow}J/\ensuremath{\psi}{K}^{\ifmmode\pm\else\textpm\fi{}}$ using the CDF II detector at the Fermilab Tevatron Collider. The signal from the Cabbibo-suppressed ${B}^{\ifmmode\pm\else\textpm\fi{}}\ensuremath{\rightarrow}J/\ensuremath{\psi}{\ensuremath{\pi}}^{\ifmmode\pm\else\textpm\fi{}}$ decay is separated from ${B}^{\ifmmode\pm\else\textpm\fi{}}\ensuremath{\rightarrow}J/\ensuremath{\psi}{K}^{\ifmmode\pm\else\textpm\fi{}}$ using the ${B}^{\ifmmode\pm\else\textpm\fi{}}\ensuremath{\rightarrow}J/\ensuremath{\psi}{K}^{\ifmmode\pm\else\textpm\fi{}}$ invariant mass distribution and the kinematical differences of the hadron …
