We report a study of the decay ${B}^{0}\ensuremath{\rightarrow}D{K}^{+}{\ensuremath{\pi}}^{\ensuremath{-}}$ followed by $D\ensuremath{\rightarrow}{K}^{\ensuremath{-}}{\ensuremath{\pi}}^{+}$, where $D$ indicates ${D}^{0}$ or ${\overline{D}}^{0}$. We reconstruct the $D{K}^{+}{\ensuremath{\pi}}^{\ensuremath{-}}$ state in a phase space corresponding to $D{K}^{*}(892{)}^{0}$. The $CP$-violating angle ${\ensuremath{\phi}}_{3}$ affects its decay rate via the interference between $b\ensuremath{\rightarrow}u$ and $b\ensuremath{\rightarrow}c$ transitions.
