Angle-resolved photoemission spectroscopy (ARPES) is used to study the doping dependence of the lifetime and the mass renormalization of the low-energy excitations in high-${T}_{c}$ cuprate $(\mathrm{B}\mathrm{i},\mathrm{P}\mathrm{b}{)}_{2}{\mathrm{Sr}}_{2}{\mathrm{CaCu}}_{2}{\mathrm{O}}_{8}$ along the zone diagonal.
