High cooperativity coupling between a phosphorus donor spin ensemble and a superconducting microwave resonator
We investigate the coupling of an ensemble of phosphorus donors in an isotopically purified $^{28}$Si host lattice interacting with a superconducting coplanar waveguide resonator.
