Using data collected in the region of the $\ensuremath{\Upsilon}(4S)$ resonance with the CLEO II detector operating at the Cornell Electron Storage Ring (CESR), we present the first observation of $B$ mesons decaying into the charmed strange baryons ${\ensuremath{\Xi}}_{c}^{0}$ and ${\ensuremath{\Xi}}_{c}^{+}$. We find $79\ifmmode\pm\else\textpm\fi{}27{\ensuremath{\Xi}}_{c}^{0}$ and $125\ifmmode\pm\else\textpm\fi{}28{\ensuremath{\Xi}}_{c}^{+}$ candidates from $B$ decays, leading …
