Performance Limits of Monolayer Transition Metal Dichalcogenide Transistors
The performance limits of monolayer transition metal dichalcogenide transistors are examined with a ballistic MOSFET model. Using ab-initio theory, we calculate the band structures of two-dimensional (2D) transition metal dichalco-genide (MX2).
