Electron paramagnetic resonance of boron acceptors in isotopically purified silicon
The electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) linewidths of B acceptors in Si are found to reduce dramatically in isotopically purified $^{28}\text{S}\text{i}$ single crystals.
