Ultrafast Surface Carrier Dynamics in the Topological Insulator Bi<sub>2</sub>Te<sub>3</sub>
We discuss the ultrafast evolution of the surface electronic structure of the topological insulator Bi(2)Te(3) following a femtosecond laser excitation.
