We discuss phenomenology of the radiative seesaw model in which spontaneous breaking of the $\mathrm{U}(1{)}_{\mathrm{B}\ensuremath{-}\mathrm{L}}$ gauge symmetry at the TeV scale gives the common origin for masses of neutrinos and dark matter [S.
