The $^{11}\mathrm{B}(^{3}\mathrm{He},t)$, and $^{11}\mathrm{B}(d,{d}^{\ensuremath{'}})$, and $^{11}\mathrm{B}(p,{p}^{\ensuremath{'}})$ reactions were measured at forward scattering angles including 0\ifmmode^\circ\else\textdegree\fi{} to study the isovector and isoscalar spin-flip $M1$ strengths in $^{11}\mathrm{B}$.
