Timing performance of 30-nm-wide superconducting nanowire avalanche photodetectors
We investigated the timing jitter of superconducting nanowire avalanche photodetectors (SNAPs, also referred to as cascade-switching superconducting single-photon detectors) based on 30-nm-wide nanowires.
