We report on measurements of the resistivity and Hall coefficient in underdoped ${\mathrm{GdBa}}_{2}{\mathrm{Cu}}_{3}{\mathrm{O}}_{7\ensuremath{-}\ensuremath{\delta}}$ epitaxial thin films grown by off-axis magnetron sputtering. The films have been lithographically patterned allowing precise measurements of the temperature dependencies of the inverse Hall constant ${R}_{H}^{\ensuremath{-}1}$ and of the Hall angle ${\ensuremath{\theta}}_{H}.$ We find that ${R}_{H}^{\ensuremath{-}1}$ …
