Nonsinusoidal Current-Phase Relationship in Josephson Junctions from the 3D Topological Insulator HgTe
We use superconducting quantum interference device microscopy to characterize the current-phase relation (CPR) of Josephson junctions from the three-dimensional topological insulator HgTe (3D HgTe).
