Spin-transfer dynamics in spin valves with out-of-plane magnetized CoNi free layers
We have measured spin transfer-induced dynamics in magnetic nanocontact devices having a perpendicularly magnetized Co/Ni free layer and an in-plane magnetized CoFe fixed layer.
