We make a number of precise experimental predictions for observing the various magnetic phases, and the quantum phase transitions between them, in the $\ensuremath{\nu}\phantom{\rule{0ex}{0ex}}=\phantom{\rule{0ex}{0ex}}2$ bilayered quantum Hall system.
