Bose-Einstein condensates loaded into kicked optical lattices can be treated as quantum kicked-rotor systems. Noninteracting rotors show dynamical localization in momentum space. The experimentally tunable condensate interaction is included in a qualitative Gross-Pitaevskiiā€“type model based on two-body interactions.
