Polarity-Reversed Robust Carrier Mobility in Monolayer MoS<sub>2</sub> Nanoribbons
Using first-principles calculations and deformation potential theory, we investigate the intrinsic carrier mobility (μ) of monolayer MoS2 sheet and nanoribbons.
