Large Temperature Dependence of the Number of Carriers in Co-Doped<mml:math xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" display="inline"><mml:msub><mml:mi>BaFe</mml:mi><mml:mn>2</mml:mn></mml:msub><mml:msub><mml:mi>As</mml:mi><mml:mn>2</mml:mn></mml:msub></mml:math>
Using angle-resolved photoemission spectroscopy, we study the evolution of the number of carriers in $\mathrm{Ba}({\mathrm{Fe}}_{1\ensuremath{-}x}{\mathrm{Co}}_{x}{)}_{2}{\mathrm{As}}_{2}$ as a function of Co content and temperature. We show that there is a $k$-dependent energy shift compared to density functional calculations, which is large below 100 K at low Co contents and reduces the …
