Phenomenological theory of the protected nodes and collapse of the Fermi arcs in underdoped cuprate superconductors
We show how recent angle resolved photoemission measurements addressing the Fermi arcs in the cuprates reveal a very natural phenomenological description of the complex superfluid phase.
