The $O(\mathrm{MeV})$ spin-1 $U$ boson has been proposed to mediate the interaction among electron-positron and $O(\mathrm{MeV})$ dark matter, in order to account for the 511 keV $\ensuremath{\gamma}$-ray observation by SPI/INTEGRAL.
