Resolving the sign ambiguity in<mml:math xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" display="inline"><mml:mi>Δ</mml:mi><mml:msub><mml:mi>Γ</mml:mi><mml:mi>s</mml:mi></mml:msub></mml:math>with<mml:math xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" display="inline"><mml:msub><mml:mi>B</mml:mi><mml:mi>s</mml:mi></mml:msub><mml:mo>→</mml:mo><mml:msub><mml:mi>D</mml:mi><mml:mi>s</mml:mi></mml:msub><mml:mi>K</mml:mi></mml:math>

The analysis of tagged ${B}_{s}\ensuremath{\rightarrow}J/\ensuremath{\psi}\ensuremath{\phi}$ decays determines the $CP$ phase ${\ensuremath{\phi}}_{s}$ in ${B}_{s}\ensuremath{-}{\overline{B}}_{s}$ mixing with a twofold ambiguity. The solutions differ in the sign of $\mathrm{cos}{\ensuremath{\phi}}_{s}$ which equals the sign of the width difference $\ensuremath{\Delta}{\ensuremath{\Gamma}}_{s}$ among the two ${B}_{s}$ mass eigenstates.
