We prove a vertex-isoperimetric inequality for \([n]^{(r)}\), the set of all \(r\)-element subsets of \(\{1,2,\ldots,n\}\), where \(x,y \in [n]^{(r)}\) are adjacent if \(|x \Delta y|=2\).
