We present a systematic study of the variations of the $^{7}\mathrm{Li}$ NMR properties versus magnetic defect concentration ${n}_{\text{defect}}$ within the spinel structure of polycrystalline powder samples (${n}_{\text{defect}}=0.21$, 0.49, and $0.83\phantom{\rule{0.3em}{0ex}}\mathrm{mol}\phantom{\rule{0.2em}{0ex}}%$) and a collection of small single crystals $({n}_{\text{defect}}=0.38\phantom{\rule{0.3em}{0ex}}\mathrm{mol}\phantom{\rule{0.2em}{0ex}}%)$ of $\mathrm{Li}{\mathrm{V}}_{2}{\mathrm{O}}_{4}$ in the temperature range from $0.5\phantom{\rule{0.3em}{0ex}}\text{to}\phantom{\rule{0.3em}{0ex}}4.2\phantom{\rule{0.3em}{0ex}}\mathrm{K}$. We also report static …
