We report a search for the standard model (SM) Higgs boson based on data collected by the D0 experiment at the Fermilab Tevatron Collider, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of $260\text{ }\text{ }{\mathrm{pb}}^{\ensuremath{-}1}$.
