Recently, the CDF Collaboration reported the first nonzero measurement of the ${B}_{s}\ensuremath{\rightarrow}{\ensuremath{\mu}}^{+}{\ensuremath{\mu}}^{\ensuremath{-}}$ branching fraction. The LHCb, CMS and ATLAS, collaborations have reported upper limits that are in tension with the CDF result.
