Abstract

As a natural generalization of the Euler–Mascheroni constant $\gamma $, Y. Ihara introduced the Euler–Kronecker constant $\gamma _K$ attached to any number field $K$. He obtained bounds on $\gamma _K$ conditional upon the generalized Riemann hypothesis. I
