Abstract

The paper is devoted to the construction of a formal shortwave solution of the problem of a point source. The case of a concave reflecting boundary near which the whispering gallery effect occurs is considered. A similar problem was solved earlier for a boundary condition of Dirichlet type. In this work a boundary condition of Neumann type is considered.
