The complete matrix element for ${\mathit{e}}^{+}$${\mathit{e}}^{\mathrm{\ensuremath{-}}}$\ensuremath{\rightarrow}bb\ifmmode\bar\else\textasciimacron\fi{}ZZ has been computed at tree level and applied to ${\mathit{ZH}}^{0}$ production followed by Z\ensuremath{\rightarrow}bb\ifmmode\bar\else\textasciimacron\fi{} and ${\mathit{H}}^{0}$\ensuremath{\rightarrow}ZZ, including all the irreducible background, at the Next Linear Collider. We find that, assuming flavor identification of the Z-decay products, this channel, together with ${\mathit{e}}^{+}$${\mathit{e}}^{\mathrm{\ensuremath{-}}}$\ensuremath{\rightarrow}bb\ifmmode\bar\else\textasciimacron\fi{}${\mathit{W}}^{+}$${\mathit{W}}^{\mathrm{\ensuremath{-}}}$ in which ${\mathit{ZH}}^{0}$\ensuremath{\rightarrow}(bb\ifmmode\bar\else\textasciimacron\fi{})(${\mathit{W}}^{+}$${\mathit{W}}^{\mathrm{\ensuremath{-}}}$), can be important for the study of the parameters of the standard model Higgs boson over the heavy mass range 2${\mathit{M}}_{\mathit{Z}}$\ensuremath{\lesssim}${\mathit{M}}_{\mathit{H}}^{0}$\ensuremath{\lesssim}2${\mathit{m}}_{\mathit{t}}$.
