We present a measurement of the average multiplicity of \ensuremath{\varphi} mesons in ${B}^{0},$ ${B}^{0},$ and ${B}^{\ifmmode\pm\else\textpm\fi{}}$ meson decays. Using 17.6 ${\mathrm{fb}}^{\mathrm{\ensuremath{-}}1}$ of data taken at the $\ensuremath{\Upsilon}(4S)$ resonance by the BABAR detector at the PEP-II ${e}^{+}{e}^{\ensuremath{-}}$ storage ring at the Stanford Linear Accelerator Center, we reconstruct \ensuremath{\varphi} mesons in the ${K}^{+}{K}^{\ensuremath{-}}$ decay mode and measure $\mathcal{B}(\stackrel{\ensuremath{\rightarrow}}{B}\ensuremath{\varphi}X)=(3.41\ifmmode\pm\else\textpm\fi{}0.06\ifmmode\pm\else\textpm\fi{}0.12)%.$ This is significantly more precise than any previous measurement.
